LBS – Kreativa Gymnasiet in Borås offers higher education preparatory programs in the Technology Program and the Aesthetic Program with the following specializations: Game Development, AI and Web Development, Game Graphics, and Digital Design. The school has approximately 130 students and 20 staff members. We are now looking for an English teacher for our institution.

Your Mission

We are now offering a position of 30-40% for teaching English in the Technology Program. You will also play an important role in continuously developing the school's programs together with your colleagues. As a teacher at LBS, you will be significantly involved in the school's systematic quality work and pedagogical development.

Your Profile

We are primarily looking for a qualified teacher. We seek someone who, in addition to their strong subject competence, wants to contribute with engagement, humor, and humility to our school. Together with the principal and colleagues, you will take responsibility for the school's pedagogical development, subject development, and for developing your own professional competence. You are creative in your planning and execution of teaching, create a desire to learn, and have the ability to see students as individuals with different needs and motivations. In the classroom, you are a confident leader and good at building relationships with both students and parents. It is an advantage if you have other creative skills or interests.

Other

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period of 6 months (provided you meet the requirements of the Education Act). Start date by agreement.
